In Gyrotonic sessions there is a specialized line of equipment ( Pulley-Tower, Leg Extension Unit, Jumping Stretching Board, Archway and Gyrotoner) that is highly adjustable and can be customized to fit each persons unique physique. Each session welcomes up to 5 people, while there are private sessions organized as well. With respect to Gyrokinesis, we exercise on the floor or with the help of special stools and each session may welcome up to 10 people.
