Arsinoi, graduate of the School of Physical Education and Sport Science of Athens, is the founder of Narei Movement Culture. Having already studied dance and theatre, she continued on her fitness journey into the method of Pilates by attending the Stott Pilates training in England as well as diverse training programs in Greece. As far as YOGA is concerned, she was trained at Pantanjali Yoga Foundation (Rishikesh, India). However, what inspired her the most was the methods of GYROTONIC/GYROKINESIS. She met the founder of the method, Juliu Horvath and attended his sessions following him around the world for 17 years. Today, Arsinoi is a GYROTONIC/GYROKINESIS Master Trainer (all levels and training programs, special equipment) and she teaches the therapeutic programs of the method. While travelling the world -Australia, Japan, India,Thailand, Korea, Taiwan, Brasil, U.S.A., Italy, Germany, Denmark, Cyprus- firstly as a student and then as an instructor, she tried to discover herself through the beauty of the movement. Arsinoi is also the creator of NAREI SWING, an aerial exercise which combines diverse methods. She enjoys how Yoga, dance, Pilates and Gyrotonic/Gyrokinesis can easily work together to improve strength, flexibility and balance. Her continuous curiosity about the movement of the human body led her to her new passion, osteopathy. Actually, Arsinoi studies at the OSD school of osteopathy, trying to integrate the philosophy of osteopathy in the therapeutical exercice and movement in general. Her commitment to the clientele is only exceeded by her dedication to continuing her education as the methodology behind Pilates, Yoga, Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis evolves.
