Christina holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business as well as a master's degree in International Affairs and Development, in London. She firstly worked in advertising, at the Commission of the European Union in Brussels and, once she returned to Greece, she worked as a management consultant. Christina started dancing at the early age of 4. Later on, she continued with classic ballet and modern dance at the schools P. Lavda and G. Metsi. What is more, she studied choreography in Greece and in London, being fully charmed by it. In the same period of time, she participated in dance shows in Greece and abroad as well. In 2010, she found Narei Movement Culture, when, suffering from an elbow injury and from a periarthrites, her doctor advised her to start exercising with Gyrotonic. Her quick recovery lead her to a further exploration of the method. Soon, she attended trainings and became a certified instructor for GYROTONIC® / GYROKINESIS® -Level I. She directly started teaching, passing her knowledge and passion to other people. She continued her studies further on Gyrotonic and its therapeutic apply (Pelvic Circle, Shoulder Girdle & Scoliosis), having as an instructor the founder of the method, Paul Horvath (Rheintalklinik, Bad Krozingen, Germany). The particular knowledge and skills she acquired there alongside with her love for people with health problems made her attend Gyrotonic’s teaching programs that concern the recovery from special problems of the human body. In the same time, Christina continues her studies on diverse training programs of the method.
