This exercise concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength, flexibility and balance. Every move is performed with control, concentration and precision that mainly targets the muscles that are in charge of supporting the spine, in order to improve general fitness and overall well-being. The body strengthens from the inside, the muscles are longer and leaner, the abdominals are sleek and slender and those results are fast and permanent. In NAREI, we teach Classical Pilates, sometimes with a twist, when needed. For a training with Pilates equipment (reformer, wound chair, tower), we propose whether classes with 2 to 4 persons, whether goal-oriented private lessons. Our equipment is the PILATES BY BASIL, because of their design that almost touches the original machines inspired and built by Joseph Pilates. You can also join a Mat Pilates group, where we exercise on the floor with the use of small equipment such as balls, pilates circles, resistance bands and weights.
